12:24 pm - Yes?
Hats off to a product that gives a strictly sustainable boost to our sex lives. At the risk of taking green living a step too far, you may wish to take note that the first lubricant to be certified organic by the Soil Association has hit the shelves. Made from plant extracts and free of parabens and petroleum, you can purchase a bottle of the suitably named Yes on www.yesyesyes.org (£5.39, 25ml), or at any Fresh and Wild store.

The Yes has an article which, rather misleadingly, claims to compare Yes! to KY. Now, I think KY is le nast when it comes to lube, so I don't think that's much of a favorable comparison in the first place, BUT the article actually had nothing to do with Yes at all. It was a more interesting article damning the side effects of KY. Part of it claimed that lube can be as/almost as effective as a spermicide as products actually designed to perform that function. Not that this is particularly important for me, since I have the pentultimate defense against that, but... fascinating all the same.

Penultimate? If you have the next-to-last defense against that, what's the last? Being dead?

I'm gonna guess "lacking the pertinent organs entirely."

Just as long as it's not the Golden Uterus Trophy. That'd be hard to explain to the landlord.
